Built from the inside out

Bous Engineering was founded on more than ten years of municipal development-review experience. That background informs how servicing, stormwater and grading submissions are prepared and coordinated.

Review-side experience shapes how a report is scoped and written. Knowing what commonly triggers a revision letter is different from knowing only what a report should contain.

It also informs the questions raised at pre-consultation and the level of coordination expected in a first submission.

The work suits the people who carry a project through approval. Developers and planning consultants, architects and landscape architects, and municipalities and their project managers.
