Scoping & Proposal
We define the technical scope precisely, flag site-specific constraints up front, and provide a fixed-fee proposal with a realistic delivery timeline.
Report Preparation
A licensed P.Eng. prepares your FSR, SWM, or other required report. Drafted, checked, and issued to submission standard — not a first draft.
Review & Coordination
We respond to reviewer comments directly and coordinate with municipal staff and agencies until your approval is issued. Included in scope.
